When do I wear a button down collar shirt with my suit? Attended a wedding tthis past weekend and I was one of at very few with a button down. Is it my age? My lack of style? Where I shop? Perhaps a combo of all!

Wearing a button down collared shirt with a suit is not exactly unstylish. The buttons make the shirt more casual, which may not be totally appropriate for a wedding, depending on the formality of the event. My personal guideline is to wear a point or spread collar with a full suit. With an odd jacket-trouser combo, anything goes.
