Bigger than your head, clearly. This a very intimate detail that I normally wouldn’t share but because I love you so much, I’ll tell you. Last I checked, I think they were about 26” in circumference.

I swear this jacket was made by Wayne Industries and ended up in the Applied Sciences dungeon. But actually, it’s made by Aspesi, an Italian brand I only just recently found out about. It’s a polyimide shell with Thermore® poly insulation and so lightweight and warm it’s unbelievable. I typically don’t go for stuff made from synthetic fabrics but I love this thing. Also, strangely, it photographs brownish but most definitely is deep green in color.

I recently purchased a blazer from Lands End Canvas and while on a hanger it has developed a wrinkle on each side of the shoulder halfway to the lapel. Can I remedy this with proper hangers and ironing the wrinkles out or are the wrinkles just poor craftsmanship and more or less permanent?-PW — Asked by Anonymous

I have no idea if the wrinkles are permanent but I’d try steaming the thing a few times  and putting it on a better hanger before you toss it.

I think you’re talking about the raglan-sleeved sweatshirt(s) I have. I have one from Martin+Osa (out of production) and one from Riviera Club. This is it, sold out at Blackbird but you might be able to find it elsewhere with some digging around. I am kind of always looking for others. I’ve had my eye on Left Field for a while.

Brooks Brothers tassel loafers, Size 13D. Almost definitely made by Alden. Brand new. I tried them on like twice in my apartment so there is some infinitesimally light wear to the soles and uppers.
